Please can you share the below consultation link to your teams, colleagues, and any other interested stakeholders for the Cheshire West and Chester area.
This is a really important review for public space anti-social behaviour (ASB) measures and we’re currently only just over 50% of our targeted response rate, so we really need to encourage as much feedback as possible at this point.
The consultation is open until 30 January 2025 and contains three sections:
Section one concerns the measures in the current Chester City PSPO.
Section two concerns the additional measures that are being considered for inclusion under a varied Chester City PSPO.
Section three asks whether each measure should apply to Chester City only, or whether it should apply boroughwide.

Findings from this consultation will be shared with the Council’s Cabinet in April 2025 to help them make an informed decision about PSPO measures.
