Dear resident,
It’s not escaped my and our residents’ notice of the not insubstantial presence of people likely dealing drugs from bikes in our city. We all see it without seeing it. I’ve had reports of it happening on and around Newry Park/Court, Newtown by the Arena, Francis Street and parts of the Garden Quarter. No doubt it happens too in the city centre.
Usually we’re asked to do some arduous form-filling on the Cheshire Police website. No longer.
Today I met with select officers and what they need from us is locations yes, but TIMES. They need to build a case of habits. They want this information sent to them direct. They are…
