We are very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website. After months of hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce the launch. We wanted to make the new website faster, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly for new and existing members.
Our goal is to act for and on behalf of its members and the local community to enhance the enjoyment of living in our very special part of Chester. Whilst BERA will try to address all relevant issues, it will particularly focus on those items that are tabled and agreed at the Annual General Meeting (held in January each year) as being those that are of most importance to members for the twelve months ahead.

Being a member of BERA means that you are not on your own when it comes to local matters. We have learned that if an issue is raised by BERA on behalf of an individual or group or indeed the membership as a whole – that it will more often result in response and action than if tabled by the individual alone.
Membership costs £5 per person per year – which gives access to and supports the above initiatives and capabilities. It also gives access to the member area of the BERA website – containing additional information including minutes of all BERA Executive meetings. Members also have the opportunity to stand for election to the Exec – allowing greater input and influence on how BERA approaches the issues that members ask it to tackle on their behalf.
