Dear Resident,
We are consulting local residents on proposals to renovate the old Hydro Electric building at Handbridge, creating a free-to-enter educational visitor centre and café. Residents and visitors will be able to learn about the history and future of energy in Cheshire and the jobs that will be created as Chester becomes one of the UK’s first “net zero” locations.
