We have had an incident reported this morning involving a group of street drinkers causing anti social behaviour in Eastgate Street. As a result of this, in order for officers to take a proactive and robust stance I have authorised a Dispersal for the next 48 hours, which will conclude at 0728hrs on Thursday 29th June.
